Publishing guide
Publish = make services on the domain entry live for customers. After editing in the portal, click Publish; visitors open your domain in the browser to see the latest content.
Principles
- Merchant-initiated: publish only after you confirm the content
- Per domain entry: once published, visitors on your domain see the latest config
- Receipt → Photos: ask customers to screenshot listen receipts (domain + QR); the wallet does not store order history
Merchant workflow
- Sign in at merchant portal, bind domain and wallet ID (claim digital identity)
- Configure capabilities on the entry (coupons / cards / listen modules)
- Click Publish to save and go live
- Visit your domain and verify with the customer page guide (including receipt screenshots)
- To change content, edit and Publish again
Domain DNS
Your business domain should CNAME to 302wallet.com. Visitor traffic does not pass through idnwallet.com.
See the CNAME guide (CNAME detection is authoritative; TXT is legacy only).
FAQ
- Not live after publish: confirm CNAME propagation (often 5–15 minutes)
- Wrong content: edit and republish in the portal
- Offline App cannot redeem: ensure the App fetched the latest /config.json
