Registrant rights & responsibilities
Under W3C public addressing conventions, ICANN registrant protections, and our platform's security model, Domain Wallet registrants have the following rights and duties.
1. Your rights
- Immutable sovereignty: once your domain passes micro-payment verification, no hacker, operator, or third party can alter your checkout route via any API unless you request unbinding.
- Serverless simplicity: no cloud servers or IT team required—maintain a branded domain checkout at zero infrastructure cost.
- Freedom to transfer: after strict 2FA verification, you may physically
DELETEbindings when changing locations, closing channels, or transferring domain assets.
2. Your responsibilities
- Domain control: you must lawfully own or control bound domains at the WHOIS or operational level. Unauthorized domain claims are prohibited.
- Credential security: protect your portal login and registered phone number. Losses from leaked verification codes are your responsibility.
- Legal compliance: bound checkouts must comply with applicable law. We provide no
UPDATEAPI to prevent mid-chain tampering. Abuse of immutability for crime will face legal consequences.
